Utility Billing


For after-hours assistance with water shut-off or water turn-on issues, please call 303-554-9086 to speak with available on-call staff.

Utility Billing statements are printed on the 11th of each month with a due date of the 5th on the following month. View the current rates for water, sewer, storm, landscape, trash and recycling and miscellaneous fees below.

 Utility Rates - 2012


Landscape Maintenance Fee
Monthly fee for enhanced landscaping within Rock Creek Ranch.  The fee is broken down as follows:
   - $30/month Single-Family Detached Residence
   - $25/month Single-Family Attached and Condominium Residence
   - $20/month Apartment

Trash and Recycling Fee
Monthly fee on residential property within Original Town, Sagamore, The Ridge and Calmante for contracted trash and recycling.  2011 Fee at $9.95 a month. 

Rules and Regulations

The Town through Superior Metropolitan District No. 1 (SMD1) works under a comprehensive set of rules and regulations, which govern the operations, and functions of the Town’s utility operations.  The purpose of these rules and regulations is to provide for the orderly financing, control, construction, management and operation of the water, sewer, storm water, and irrigation systems.  View the rules and regulations below.

Online Billing for Utility Bills
Online Billing allows you to view and pay your bill online through your Visa, MasterCard, Checking or Savings account, schedule reoccurring or one-time payments, and view up to 12 months bill history. Click the link below for details.

Equal Pay for Utility Bills
Equal Pay allows you to pay the same amount monthly based off an average of your prior 12 bills.  This amount is reviewed and adjusted annually.  Download an application below.

Phone Payments for Utility Bills 
The Town accepts credit cards as a form of payment for your utility bill and landscape fee. You may use your Visa or MasterCard either in person at Town Hall or over the phone at 720-304-6797 (option 2). 

GO GREEN! HELP THE ENVIRONMENT WITH PAPERLESS STATEMENTS
Customers can now eliminate receiving paper statements and view your statements online.  Simply go to http://www.xpressbillpay.com/ and create your account using an email address and password.  Then select the paperless billing option from the menu.  You may also call Utility Billing at 720-304-6797 or email us at utilitybilling@superiorcolorado.gov to stop your paper payments.  We will send you an email each time a new bill is available for viewing.  You can also pay online or setp auto payments.  The services is FREE.  Sign up today!
