The Public Works & Utilities Department is responsible for the following components of service to residents and businesses within the Town of Superior:

   - Potable water supply, planning and services,
   - Irrigation supply and services,
   - Wastewater planning, treatment and services,
   - Stormwater planning and maintenance,
   - Street maintenance and snow removal,
   - Traffic circulation planning and design.
