The Superior Municipal Court is committed to the administration of justice through a fair and equitable process, providing professional and respectful customer service to each individual so as to enhance citizen confidence and trust in our court system.
Superior Municipal Court is an independent branch of the statewide Judiciary system, with jurisdiction to hear cases that deal with the Town of Superior parking citations, traffic violations, misdemeanors, animal, and code violations.

Hours of Operation
Tickets can be paid; Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Municipal Court is held on the second Wednesday of every month and begins at 9:30 a.m. sharp. Ordinance and parking violation cases are heard starting at 9:30 a.m., traffic violation cases begin at 1:30 p.m. and trials begin at 2:30 p.m. at the earliest (based upon the traffic violation caseload). APPROPRIATE DRESS IS REQUIRED IN THE COURTROOM. Shorts, tank tops and hats are inappropriate courtroom attire. If you are not dressed appropriately, THE COURT MAY HAVE YOU LEAVE AND COME BACK ANOTHER DAY.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR JUVENILES (Persons under 18 years of age). If you are required to appear in court, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

From Boulder Take US 36 east and take the Superior/Louisville exit (McCaslin Boulevard), turn right. Coal Creek Drive is the second right past the US 36 overpass. Superior Town Hall is immediately on your left.
From Denver: Take US 36 west and take the Superior/Louisville exit (McCaslin Boulevard), turn left and cross over the highway. Coal Creek Drive is the second right past the US 36 overpass. Superior Town Hall is immediately on your left.
From Golden: Take Highway 93 towards Boulder. Turn right at Highway 128. Turn left at McCaslin Boulevard. Before the third stop light (approximately 4 miles) turn left onto Coal Creek Drive. Superior Town Hall is immediately on your left.
