The Finance department is responsible for the preparation of all Town financial information. The department oversees all accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales and use tax, risk management, investment, cash management, utility billing and debt issuance / management functions for the Town. 

In addition, the Finance department prepares long-term financial plans for the Town, including operating and capital improvement projects financial planning, as well as, determining long-term fiscal impacts of proposed development projects.
